David runs the Business Model Validation practice, which is part of the valuation practice at IncreMental Advantage. Clients include companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies; technology transfer offices; incubators; hedge funds; private equity players; and, judges. David developed the Certified Patent Valuation Analyst and the Certified Emerging Company Analyst designations. He lectures on the topic of Valuation of Emerging Technologies and Companies for the Business Development Academy. He is the author of three books that have achieved world-wide acclaim, including the only two books that unveil Industry Analysis. David also runs the Devil's Advocate Auditor program which is part of the Business Development Academy.

David has been a guest on CNBC, Bloomberg and CNNfn and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Barron's, Investor's Business Daily, Directors & Boards, and many other newspapers, blogs and magazines throughout the world.
